(FRANCIS) (HENRY) EVERARD FEILDING

Everard Feilding joined the SPR at an early age and was one of the few members of the Society to investigate Florrie Cook (q.v.), the "materializing" medium with whom Sir William Crookes (q.v.) in Naples in 1908 and reported he was convinced for the first time that he had seen genuine physical phenomena.

In 1919, Feilding married the medium Stanislawa Tomczyk of Warsaw, whose physical phenomena had been pronounced genuine by many continental investigators. Feilding's articles in the SPR Proceedings including "Report on a Series of Sittings with Eusapia Palladino (with W. W. Baggally and Hereward Carrington, q.v.; Vol. 23, Part 59, 1909); "Report on a Further Series of Sittings with Eusapia Palladino at Naples" (with W. Marriot; Vol. 25, Part 62, 1911); he also contributed to the SPR Journal.
